Cerev Integration Series

Cerev CMMS, connected
to the tools your building runs on.

Each episode connects one partner's solution or one technology to Cerev CMMS, and we film it working on real screens.

What if you could just ask your CMMS?

The answers to most maintenance questions are already in Cerev CMMS. The slow part is getting them out. We connected Cerev CMMS to Claude through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, asked four real questions on a phone, and checked every answer against the Cerev screens it came from.

What you'll see

  • A chiller question that takes 13 clicks across 7 screens by hand is answered with one question
  • Each region's PM compliance figure in Claude's answer matches its Cerev dashboard
  • A technician on site finds a PM follow-up that nobody ever did
  • The connector is read-only, signs in as you and only sees your projects

Episode 01with BIMoffice1:50

Where do BIM models go after handover?

BIM is meant to cover a building's whole life cycle. In Malaysia it usually stops at the as-built model, before facilities management. Kyle from BIMoffice Group Berhad explains what happens to a coordinated model once the project is handed over — and we show the same model working live inside Cerev CMMS.

What you'll see

  • Click any element in the model and its live equipment record opens
  • See its work orders and PM history, down to last month's checklist and readings
  • When a sensor reading goes out of range, the model raises the work order by itself

Your solution, working inside Cerev CMMS

BIM, IoT, building automation, ERP, access control: if it touches how a building is maintained, we want to see it connected.

  1. 1

    You bring the solution

Your product, a demo setup and someone who knows it well enough to talk about it on camera.

  2. 2

    We build the integration

Our engineers connect it to Cerev CMMS so it drives real work orders, assets and maintenance history.

  3. 3

We film and publish the episode

Cerev handles the script, shoot and edit. Both teams publish it, and you get a partner page here.
