Cleaning Management

The Cleaning Management module helps you set up, control, and trigger cleaning tasks for your facility.

How to Create a Cleaning Schedule

• Go to Cleaning Management under Other Modules.
• Open the Schedules section.

• Fill in the required fields and then click on "Create Schedule".

• Once the schedule is created, generate cleaning tasks by clicking on the "Generate Tasks" button.
• Insert the date range and click on "Generate Tasks".

• You can now view the tasks created in Tasks or Calendar.

Waste Management

Waste Management allows you to manage and monitor rubbish collection activities through schedules, collections, and a calendar view.

How to Use Waste Management

• Go to Waste Management under Other Modules.

• Start by creating a Schedule that defines how often rubbish should be collected.

• Go to the Collections section to log each time rubbish is actually collected.
• This acts as a simple record of all waste collection activities.

• In the Calendar, you'll see:
  • Scheduled collection dates (shown as dotted lines).
  • Actual collection entries (when rubbish was truly collected).
• This gives a clear comparison between what was planned and what was completed.
