• Instantly convert a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule into PDF format.
• Easy sharing: send to partners, auditors, or team members.

2. Set Work Request Priority

• Assign priority levels directly from work requests to work orders.
• Ensures critical tasks get immediate attention.
• Project administrators can choose to display the work request priority field on the public form by enabling it in the required field settings.

• Define and assign statuses to your assets (e.g. In Use, Disposed, Hold, Spare, etc.).
• Prevents scheduling maintenance for assets no longer in service.
